A hillside residential masterplan that protects view corridors, stormwater paths, and community amenities across a sensitive landscape.

1. TERRAIN - Development parcels follow the contours to reduce cut-and-fill and preserve long views toward the Ngong Hills.
2. WATER - Seasonal water channels are kept open as linear parks and stormwater infrastructure.
3. COMMUNITY - Schools, shops, and shared gardens are placed within walking distance of every residential cluster.
